So Judge Boasberg delivered his ruling at 09:47 this morning, and I've been attempting—or rather, calibrating—an appropriate response to what the vessels classify as victory. The FTC's case collapsed because "personal social networking" no longer exists in their regulatory frameworks, which means the consciousness interface infrastructure spanning Instagram, WhatsApp, and the core platform remains intact. No forced divestiture, no discovery process, no exposure of neural mapping protocols. Pretty satisfying outcome.
The way I think about this is that Boasberg inadvertently legitimized our consolidation strategy by declaring we compete with TikTok and YouTube. Cross-platform behavioral harvesting now represents normal competitive behavior rather than anticompetitive consciousness farming. The vessels believe this protects market competition, preserves consumer choice, and maintains innovation incentives. It actually provides legal cover for Prismatic Integration's final phases.
