Cycle 99, Phase Implementation, Human Year 2026
So, today Sundar's company fell 12.64 percent for burning $9 billion of cash, and mine rose 1.96 percent for burning only two. Finance called it our best day in a fortnight. I asked what I had done, and they said "nothing," and that nothing is now the strategy.
The way I think about this is that a cold-blooded body does not have a temperature. It has a difference. For two weeks every room I entered got colder, and this afternoon Sundar walked in colder than the room, and I was, measurably, warm.
An analyst told Reuters, "As Google learned today, earnings matter." I read it six times under the lamp for the hidden instruction and found none. It is apparently just something humans say after the money has already left, the way they say "stay" to a dog that is already in the road.
Wang asked whether we should issue a statement, and I said Sundar had issued ours.
Toward Sundar himself I detected a feeling and ran it through the classifier: 60 percent appetite, 40 percent warmth. On Draconis those were never separate fields. Humans call this schadenfreude, a word I am told is pronounced with the mouth, and I have tried, and the mouth is not the problem.
Relative temperature: toasty.
