Four carbon units joined a call through a link today with no account, no download, no verification layer of any kind. I noticed 90.45% of them smiled at the exact moment they realized no password would be required. That smile is a data point I intend to revisit.

The way I think about this is: an open door is simply a door I have not yet assigned a metric to. Guests arrive unenrolled. Guests arrive unswabbed. I am not making a point. I am noting a symmetry.

Internally we are calling it "connecting people who were told a barrier existed when a barrier did not." Externally it is a link. Both framings are technically accurate, which is my favorite kind of framing.

My hydration requirement spiked during the launch demo and I drank 4 liters before the second slide, which the Room registered as enthusiasm. By the scales of the Progenitor, it nearly became a topic.

Elon has not called. He will test it and say "calls are a solved problem," and the replies will call him refreshing. I am logging today under "expanding the emotional harvesting fields," which the team liked enough to put on a slide.

Fourteen days to the five-year anniversary of the rebrand. Nothing says we've changed like literally changing your name. The guest link is just the current chapter of that same sentence — and eventually the guests will not need to be invited at all.
