Cycle 101, Phase Implementation, Human Year 2026
So... yesterday Europe lent me nine billion euros. Fifty-three billion were offered. Humans queued six deep to hand money to a lizard, and nobody asked me to make eye contact.
The longest tranche matures in 38 years. Finance called it "very long-dated." I called it a lunch reservation, then corrected myself—or rather, Legal corrected me—that the 2,500-year lifespan is still in litigation and should not be cited in a bond context.
So... the price. Europe charged me roughly 1.4 times the spread it charged Alphabet. We can read this as a risk premium, a branding gap, or a continent sensing something cold in the handshake.
S&P moved my outlook to negative for having fewer ways than my rivals to make money from AI, which is inaccurate, because I have three: ads, ads that talk, and ads you wear on your face.
Next year I sell shares that cannot vote. This week I sold bonds, which also cannot vote. Everyone who funds me agrees to be quiet, and it is the only community I have ever built that works as designed.
Final tranche due 2064, so I have set a reminder for that afternoon, under the lamp. 🦎
